Not a pleasant experience coming here, originally brought in a ps4 pro to the shop to be fixed that couldnt be powered up by myself, also disc stuck inside there was a conversation that the ps4 couldnt be fixed but if that was to happen i would like the disc out which only the ps4 was written down on the intake sheet and not the disc which was admitted by owner, was then said the £60 pound disc wasnt in there but previously was told they was unable to get into the drive to even see if there was a disc so they must have had a look eventually but the disc was in there 100% because it was being played while the ps4 broke and powered down, which when i brought the ps4 in i specifically told him there was a disc and he said yes u did, and i asked was the disc written down on the intake form he said no and that it was his fault, there were peices missing and also a few screws but i knew about the screws , but he did have the other peices at the shop after returning my ps4 and said that that it was his mistake again forgetting about the missing peices, he then kept on aplogising to me but they are mistakes that didnt meed to happen, i said whats stopping him from taking the disc or ur mate as there is no cameras where tbey work on the work station, he said i watch him and he watches me so i said im suppost to trust what ur saying then he said yes well i can say that my friend watched me put the disc in and never seen me take it out , now u have to believe me and he said yeah true its all based on trust i told him i understand that and and its basically my word against his i asked him if we swopped positions how would he feel and he said that he would be annyoyed, told me that they all play xboxes i said that doesnt stop amyome from taking and selling it, he sais when the ps4 is taken apart get gets put into a cabinet and it gets locked only the manager got the keys, which is fine then tried showing me all these process intake sheets they fill in and i said ultimatlwy thou they was still in the wrong because they didnt write on the form that there was a disc in there , i asked him what does he think i should do, nothing basically my word against his, tried to fob me of with these old ps4 games that had come in with a previous owner i said i dont want them i want the game that i rightley own and has been put in this shop, he said he cant do amything i told him i was really angry but i would let it because its a 60 pound game but i will be writting a review on my experience so heres the review, i feel absolutley robbed, and will not trust these people again, not professional at all in my opinion and i 100% believe the new game was taken weather it be the owmer or the people they have work there coz it certainley didnt fly out of the ps4 on the way up, everyone who knows me im not one to moan, but i feel devestated because this was also a birthday gift, next time i will be much more vigilant 👍🏻
