Engaged to book an apartment in Canterbury, communications randomly stopped mid-discussion, emails ignored, calls never answered. Then noticed the apartment had been booked by someone else, no courtesy to inform me. Avoid if you want a genuine service that is not driven purely by cash.

Wow!!words cannot describe our stay with classy comforts. The accommodation was amazing,clean in a fantastic location, with fantastic comfortable beds sofas and all round interiors. The host is amazing - nothing is ever too much!!! Cannot wait to stay again. Thank you for such an enjoyable homely stay. 😁

Stayed in a terrific family house in Canterbury with my family. Beautifully kitted out house with lots of social space and comfy beds a scenic river walk to Canterbury.

However, it is not at all suitable for 2 adults and 4 children to spend 15 days. The photos on the web are taken with special lenses and appear larger than they really are. Although the house is rented for 9 people, they only had 4 chairs. In the living room there is only one folding table for 4 people. To eat we had to take turns. In the rooms the cupboards were closed with padlocks, therefore, we could not unpack. The showers didn't work until 2 days later a maintenance person came, the same thing happened with the cisterns. The faucets leaked. The front door to the house had a broken lock. We had to dedicate 4 days of our stay to solve incidents, a real nightmare. Also the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. In the house there was no vacuum cleaner, no bucket, no mop... nothing to clean up the house. A real disaster, a pity. Of course, it is not at all a house recommended for a long stay, in any case for a weekend and without being in the house much, there is no space.

Mi familia y yo nos alojamos durante 15 días en la casa de St Peters Grove de Canterbury. Estaba perfectamente comunicada, muy céntrica. En la casa no había aspiradora, ni cubo, ni fregona.... nada para poder adecentar la casa. Un verdadero desastre, una pena. Desde luego, en absoluto es una casa recomendada para larga estancia, en todo caso para un fin de semana y sin estar mucho en la casa, no hay espacio.
