Lovely view, shocking prices for the pool and gym. Was told it was because we were renting a private lodge rather than theirs - but even so it was still expensive. Only had one chef on site on Saturday night so they couldn't even take a booking for a meal - restaurant was half empty. Ended up having to go off-site for a meal. Nice place though

The first time we went about 5 years ago the lodge was a 5 * but for the second time of booking with Diamond Resorts ( Norfolk in Nov 2017 ) we've been put in a run down apartment . Yet they have the cheek to increase fees YET AGAIN ! Over 10 years with Diamond resorts I think we deserve better .

A great treat for the family. Lots to do on site, more off site. The lodge was clean and well equiped, facilities are grest and the food was wonderful. Jnr loved the waffles. We'll be back without a doubt. Thanks to all the staff.

Quayle lodge was well below the standard we expected in terms of cleanliness and on informing staff they did not seem concerned. They eventually offered to clean the lodge the following day. We wiĺ not be returning.

Beautiful setting around the edge of the lake, large spacious lodge with everything you need included. We are at the restaurant in the evening, lovely food, friendly staff.vi would recommend.

The accommodation was spacious and on the whole good. We had a slight issue with the shower screen, it allowed the water to run underneath it and the bathroom floor ended up with a large puddle. Cleaning staff need a few words, one of our children found a box of migraine tablets under their bed...very dangerous if it had been found and ingested by a youngster, the standing lamps definitely need cleaning as the shades are full of dead insects and the bathroom blind was covered in mould.

I enjoy this area to have a holiday. Within hours of arriving the benefits of relaxing are felt. The lodges are of high standard and very comfortable. It is only a short distance to shops or sight seeing venues. A well recommended place to stay.
