By far the best and most comfortable holiday let I have ever stayed in (The Granary). Magnificent conversion with the wow factor, high spec furnishings and all the mod cons, yet tastefully blends with original barn beams and log burner. Location is key and this is in a prime spot, benefiting from quiet location with superb views across the countryside, yet within a 10 minute walk to the village shop and a great pub with friendly locals. Only 10 minute drive to access all the benefits of Barnstaple... a a little further and take your pick of the best beaches in Devon. I coudn't recommend more highly!!

Total luxury! A few of us traveled down from Reading for a long weekend and were all amazed with the quality of the property;(we stayed in the Granary). There were vaulted ceilings, exposed stone, 1.5ft thick walls etc and all finished to a standard I'm certainly not used to! Really comfy beds (I have a herniated disc and normally suffer), 1 en-suite and all a good doubles. Great location, Tarka Trail right on your doorstep (good walking/cycling). Amazing views of the surrounding countryside and only a 3 minute walk to pub for great food and beer. Being a bit of a geek, I was amazed with the heating system; Downstairs was all under floor heating keeping the toes toasty. Each room has its own thermostat and it's all centrally controlled, thereby minimizing energy consumption.....I think by nearly 50%! Would recommend to everyone!

Absolutely spectacular experience from start to finish. Beautiful Devon scenery, stunning location, very classy accommodation and incredibly welcoming environment. Wish I could live there :-)

What an amazing place to stay! The barn was so spacious absolutely beautiful. It was supplied with everything you will need and more. I will definitely be recommending this place to everyone it was perfect! We will definitely be back in the future.

Fabulous setting, great views, ample space inside and lots of parking space. Quick walk into the village for the Pub , tearooms and family!

We’re 6 days into our 10 day stay and I can’t fault this place. Beautiful home; amazing views and great location. Everything worth doing seems to be 30 mins drive away. Just brillIant
