Sand Dune Cottages

We stay every year. Brilliant for our dog Archie. Lynette is always welcoming. Nothing is too much trouble. We can't wait to come back. The cottages have everything we need. There are lovely walks on the beach and dunes Highly recommend.

Absolutely fabulous place, the dog's were welcomed too! The locals brilliant at letting us know of lovely places to visit. The bungalow 5⭐ clean and equipped with everything we needed and the sea could be seen from the kitchen window!

Absolutely amazing find! Almost didn't want to put this review on as that means that other people will know about it! Lynette is awesome and and chalets are absolutely perfect. I can't recommend highly enough!

One of out favourite places to stay, minutes from the beach. Lovely clean accommodation with evething you need for a wonderful break. A very freindly owner who goes out of her way to make you feel welcome and do anything to help. And very dog friendly too, we have no hesitation in recommending Sand Dunes to everyone.

Lovely little chalet been here before about 4 years after recommendations from family members who came with me every time I mentioned it dog friendly and very warm welcome from Lynette who will always greet you with a smile

Owner Lynette is on the ball with these with clean and service priority nice and quiet overlooking golf course own parking large showers highly recommend these not expensive 10 out of 10.

Have stayed in these cottages twice. Extremely clean inside and out. Love the little extras like washing up liquid, dishcloth, scourer and tea towel. Also the little tray with teabags, coffee, milk and sugar. At least you can have a drink as soon as you arrive. It is a very quite site in a lovely little town. Have already booked for next year.

We come to Sand Dune Cottages whenever we can for our holidays. Very clean, comfortable and all the amenities are near by. The main thing though is that it is nice and quiet. Only a few seconds to the beach.
But if you want excitement, Yarmouth is just down the road.
