Centre Stables is a stunning property. It was perfect for our family, 4 adults and 2 children. We loved the space and the huge lounge, downstairs loo. Massive dining kitchen, lots of games, great TV sound system. Cosy and warm with AGA. Perfectly located to enjoy the best of Loch Lomond and the Trossachs. Day trip to Stirling, canoeing, cycling and red squirrels. We did a day trip up the west coast and it was fab, Loved it all, we will be back

Spent a wonderful Autumn week at Centre Stables. A great base which feels remote and is extremely peaceful and yet is only a 10 minute drive to all the amenities of Balloch town. The whole property has a welcoming, homely feel, is clean and the beds are very comfortable. Loved the country kitchen and the Aga. The kids loved the wi-fi, surround sound TV and the bedroom TVs with DVD capability. Would definitely re-visit as it is a great base to explore Loch Lomond and beyond and also has some wonderful walks and breathtaking views on the doorstep.

I stayed here with 7 other girlfriends and it was perfect. The cottage has everything you need. The living room is stunning and bedrooms gorgeous. We had no car but there’s some stunning walks around loch lomand and castle area. Catrina was brilliant she’s very responsive to any queries/ questions.
