The Old Convent Holiday Apartments

Felicity & Chris were very accommodating during our 3 week stay. The apartments were incredible and at the highest standard. I will certainly be visiting again next time I’m in Fort Augustus. Our trip was actually for work, however felt like home during my stay. Thank you both for your wonderful accommodation and service.

A fantastic couple - and a beautiful apartment in a good location bang in the center of the Great Glen.

Chris and Felicity gave us some fantastic suggestions for things to do - and suggested places to eat - couldn't have asked for a better stay.

Great location / fantastic old building and very well equipped apartment.
Superb hosts who were very friendly and helped us plan our time in Scotland.
Parking was excellent and off road.
Fort Augustus is a lovely place and a perfect base from which to see the Highlands!

We stayed in Apartment 2 and couldn't fault it, location and accommodation was perfect. Felicity was incredible and helping us sort out some arrangements prior to travelling and was available if we needed anything during the stay. Would highly recommend!

Lovely apartment in a great location. Off street parking spot and private entrance. The building has been tastefully renovated and is the perfect combination of old world feel and modern convenience in the kitchen/bathroom. Wood provided by the owners for the fire who were very friendly. Great for dogs with a convenient space behind the apartment to take them for a walk. Would definitely recommend!

The most beautiful and tastefully converted Old Convent, retains original features merged with modern comforts. Felicity and Chris are superb hosts and such a genuinely lovely couple! You'll get a real warm welcome. We are 3 days into a 7 day stay and I am already planning our next visit. Fort Augustus has everything you need and within walking distance. Cannot recommend The Old Convent highly enough . 5 stars all the way.

We've had a fabulous stay in apartment number 3, very comfortable and spacious.

The bed was super comfy and it is so peaceful at night.

Lots of lovely walks on the doorstep. Only a short walk into Fort Augustus but far enough away that you are out of the hustle and bustle. The surrounding countryside is just breathtaking.

We could quite happily move into this apartment and are sorry to be leaving.

Exceptionally clean and comfortable apartment. As we had booked the full block we were allowed to have a bbq one evening and were even provided with extra chairs, thank you Chris and Felicity. The information booklet was full of great days out that we wouldn’t have known about, Callum at Loch Hourn was brilliant….the cafe was very good as well. Loch Ness evening cruise was a joy, helped greatly by Sean the commentator!
We would highly recommend these apartments.
