Bryn Melyn Farm Cottages

Wonderful hosts. Accommodating and make you feel at home! Cottages themselves are adorable and so so comfortable. Loved our first trip with 2 dogs in tow! Highly recommended!

Great accommodation and location - highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our week staying at Y Skubor at Bryn Melyn cottages, a few miles outside of Bala town centre and a good base for exploring North Wales and Snowdonia. The cottage is very well equipped and comfortable and the facilities are great, including a games room, large gardens, BBQ area and fire pit. The local pub 'The Bryntirion Inn' is friendly with really good food. The owners of the cottages, Steve & Gulin, are very friendly and hospitable and our kids fell in love with their two beautiful dogs! Highly recommended!

Wonderful holiday accommodation! We spent our Christmas here and were lucky enough to have our pooch join us here too! Fully equipped, lovely furnishings, beautiful surroundings and simply charming hosts. Peace and quiet for a beautiful Christmas break in the lush green hills of Wales. Near to Snowdonia for a nice drive and lots of walking. Wonderful to find such a pet friendly accommodation that really was happy to see our dog arrive. Owners had considered everything in the design and provision of their guests space, including a games room with pool table, Netflix and darts board. Simply fantastic place to stay!

Really wonderful place to stay. So quiet and close to nature. Hosts are very nice and helpful. Games room is really good. The dogs are adorable.

Enjoyed a lovely and much needed break at Bryn Melyn farm cottages. Everything we needed for a cosy stay. Very welcoming hosts. Beautiful surroundings. Will be back when the weather is nicer.

Stayed for 4 nights, excellent little cottage grouped amongst others around a quiet little courtyard - beautifully presented and fully kitted out with all the essentials, plus some extras! Owners were very welcoming, chatty and friendly and keen to do all they could to make our stay as pleasant as possible.

Great base to explore North Wales from, with the added bonus of a very friendly malamute who greeted us on our return each evening. Highly recommended!

Excellent place to stay. Host are very welcoming. Pizza night was brilliant got to meet other guests which was lovely. Hot tub is a nice little touch especially in the evening when u watch the shooting stars.
Our dog was allowed to stay which was lovely walks and pub near buy serves great food and very welcoming. Not far from bala. Highly recommend. Rooms apartment are very clean will be coming again actually we have booked again. 🙌

Wow ... what a wonderful experience. People are wonderful, animals are amazing! The atmosphere is so warm and comforting & the owners go the extra mile to make sure you're as happy as possible! The pizza night was so lovely + sitting around the fire got us chatting with people who were staying there that we'd never met before. It was one of the most amazing experiences & couldn't recommend it more to anyone considering staying!
