I love this place, lots of room really Welsh Wales. Quaint farmhouse authentic and near Bala. Virtually lakeside and by the railway. Very nice owner always helpful but rarely needed, everything is there. Beds are the best, tv and internet if you want it and a full games cupboard too. My favourite is Sorry. You can BBQ outside and climb the hill for a lovely view of the lake. A hikers paradise loved by birders. I saw a weasel and a robin.

Lots of owls. A lovely old farmhouse with plenty of rooms for the kids to hide, very close to lake Bala and the lake train.
