Excellent place to stay. Great for trout fishing in Snowdonia and sea fishing on Angelsey. Very helpful hosts who know the area very well. Good for walkers too. Just ask Dave or Sal and they'll tell you all you need to know.

The stay was fantastic. It has everything out group needed: kitchen, board games. Highly recommended

Benefits Britain We arrived at the cottage in the rain and parked in the car parking area there was a path leading to the back of the property unfortunately this was overgrown with weeds and bushes we got even more soaked ploughing through this. The cottage lounge was very dull and badly decorated the furniture was shoddy and looked like it had been there years the place is nothing like what is shown on the photos in fact there are photos on there we didn't recognise at all yes around the cottage the views and walks are wonderful but whoever stayed before reviewing it at 4 & 5 stars are deluded.the stair walls are poorly decorated In red paint that is also splashed on the ceiling and skirting boards.loft hatch taped up and metal backs showing on electrical sockets dangerous for children even more so in the rear bedroom were the main fuse box is situated again not boxed in and wires showing again both bedrooms poorly decorated and curtain and nets dirty.the downstairs shower room shows signs of mould and the basket that holds the toilet rolls is tied to the internal stop tap the roof was leaking and a bucket catching the water we did receive £50 back from the landlady for this.the place wants a massive overhaul even the front and kitchen windows are rotten and need replacing.not worth £70-£80 a night.we stayed 2 nights but got up on the 2nd morning and left at 7.15 as we felt uncomfortable and dirty
