I stayed here with another family and its pretty impressive. Large and fab.

Coedfa House and, Coedfa Bach, are annex to the Waterloo Hotel and, as such are commercial. They lie to the front of my house. Sadly, some visitors stray into my garden by mistake and, should take care as I have two large dogs. Visitors to both houses should know that if they use all the bathrooms at the same time I have limited water. It’s handy for us as visitors book the cottage and, house from time to time. Wifi can be a problem due to the thick Walls and, when friends stayed in Coedfa Bach they found some items left in the bed. They also mentioned that the smaller cottage was a bit “down and, out”. Guests shouldn’t use our bins as Coedfa Bach and, Coedfa House are subject to commercial planning. If your in a room at the back of Coedfa House you need to keep the bedroom and, bathroom curtains closed as my sitting room looks down into your room. I have shared some amusing moments. Have fun in a lovely location but, please be kind with your rubbish and, water use.

Lovely cottage, very close to a waterfall, River and hotel with bar and swimming pool. Right on the forest and easy to find. Very close to zip world and awesome heritage sites and not that far a drive to the beach.

Sad to leave Coadfa House and Coedfa Bach . We have had a lovely weekend celebrating our daughters 16th birthday . Highly recommend .xxxx

Staying here for work. Great self catering facility's. Rooms are huge and very well decorated. The place is clean and tidy with a very unique decor.

It was a wonderful clean spacious beautiful place to stay.it had everything you could want. Just one thing a hot tube would of been 👌👌👌 Unbelievable cottage 👌👌👏👏❤
