Clydey Cottages

Wonderful place to stay with babies / toddlers. The facilities are outstanding. From the lovely bed linen and toiletries to the brilliant playroom, pool, games room and playground- we were not short of things to do. We all felt so relaxed after our wonderful holiday at Clydey.

Lovely cottage with scenic views. Great for families with lots to do such as private pool sessions, hot tubs inside and outside with the best views, soft play, games room, outdoor play area, activities in the summer / school holidays for the kids. Kids played outside the cottage freely and safely. Daily animal feeding with the farmer was a one of the highlights of our stay. Overall well worth the 210 mile drive with 3 kids and hope to visit again next year.

The most amazing experience! 5 star luxury. The cottages are superb and cosy. The views were stunning. It was lovely to the friendly animals as well - the alpacas and goats were our favourites! The facilities are excellent, lovely swimming pool and hot tub. An amazing games room with fantastic memorabilia! Perfect for a family or a couple. We will be back. Well done to the team. Just beautiful.

We've visited Clydey Cottages 3 times starting when our oldest was a baby and now he's 8, we look forward to our 4th visit.

Although there's lots to do around the area we find it's just perfect staying within the grounds, the location is lovely with amazing countryside views far far away from city life.

The kids love the games room,  play room, swimming pool, kids club,  forest walks, animal feeds with farmer's & playgrounds ect.

For some well earnt relaxation we enjoyed the outside jacuzzi and booked massages which were great.

There's a premium feel to the Cottages with cosy quality furniture,  log burner fire which I personally love, warm fluffy blankets and crisp clean linen.

All the staff here are so welcoming,  friendly, helpful and are great with kids even the ones who need a little more attention.

Coupled with a few visits to the Nags Head we've had an amazing time - thanks again for a lovely holiday.

We recently returned from a 5 night stay at Clyde Cottage staying in the farmhouse, it was fantastic! Animal feeding with farmer Malcolm was so much fun, he got all the kids involved and made sure our son who is only 1 didn't left out. The facilities where perfect for a family holiday, great pool and soft play area, we had the place to our selves most of the time. The farmhouse was beautiful, the welcome hamper was a lovely touch and the hot tub was perfect. We already want to book for next year.
Clyde Cottages is a secret hide away perfect for a family get away. The staff are so friendly and the views are beautiful. Can't wait to go back

We had an absolutely fantastic time here. The whole site was beautiful and had everything we needed to relax and keep our 1 year old son entertained throughout our stay. The cottage we stayed in was lovely and well equipped with everything we needed (and more), our little one loved the animal feeding, soft play room and swimming pool, and of course we loved the hot tub!

First visit following rave verbal reviews from those that have been before. Wonderful setting with a variety of cottages available.Really good for young children with lots of hands on with the animals on the 9.30am daily spin round the pens.
Cottages kitted out well and managed wrt Covid compliance.
There are three charging points for electric vehicles.
