Such a gorgeous little pod of luxury nestled in the beautiful Welsh countryside.
We visited during Storm Eunice and couldn't have been happier snuggled in front of the fire with a scrabble board and a glass of bubbly - we even managed to get the outdoor hot tub up and running in the 50mph winds which was great fun, and a beautiful place to watch the sunset... once the clouds finally cleared!
The Hiveaway had everything you needed for a comfortable stay, was super clean and well presented - we would definitely recommend, whatever the weather! Thanks to the hosts for a lovely stay!

Beautiful cabin in a beautiful location. We adored the attention to detail and all the finishing touches. Enjoyed the wood fired hot tub in the evening while watching the sunset and sitting out on the porch in the early morning to welcome the sunrise. The perfect choice for our honeymoon.
Lots of fantastic places and landmarks to visit during the day and a wonderful local pub just a short walk from the cabin. Nick and Lauren were incredibly helpful and friendly, their customer service is spot on. The little welcome package upon arrival was a lovely touch. Thank you

Beautiful place to stay in a remote part of West Wales, where you can truly unwind and feel off grid. That being said, there's lovely pub and local shop 15 minutes walk away. Nick and Lauren were fantastic hosts, available to help should the need arise. The wood fired hot tub was an incredible addition, relaxing into an unspoilt view of the local surroundings.

We’ve had a perfect stay at The Hiveaway. Secluded with a gorgeous view over the countryside but close enough to amenities and a lovely little pub that do a great Sunday dinner. The bed was super comfy too and it was special waking up in the night to see the stars through the skylight. Thanks Nick and Lauren!

Fabulous time spent at the hiveaway for our anniversary with our 8 month old. She loved playing peekaboo through the hexagonal windows. We loved spotted shooting stars from the hot tuband the luxurious cabin. As ecologists we were very impressed with the smallholding set within species rich meadows where we foraged mushrooms and appreciated the views. The local pub is fantastic and the walks and beaches are stunning locally. Good river swimming on the teifi too. Very nice spot. Liz, Haydn and Mathilda

The Hiveaway was absolutely idyllic.  We stayed September 13th to 17th. We had good weather. We were sad to go home. The longest hidden path up to the cabin meant we were truly alone apart from some neighboring cows in the field next door. There is so much land around to walk through.  All with outstanding, fantastic views and peacefulness. The sunset picnics on top of that very steep hill were very special. It has such wonderful little designs and features that are so cute and well thought out.  Had a text from Lauren to check we had settled in ok.  We used the wood burning hot tub for some evening relaxation. Enjoyed the firepit and eating on the deck looking across the meadow and beyond.   There was everything we needed. The bed was super snuggly and a struggle to leave.  Every morning was a different look, rolling mists stuck in the valleys, blue skies, pretty clouds.  We went on coastal and river hikes all less than 20 mins drive away though we could of had great walks straight
from the cabin.  It was truly the best of our stays and we most definately recommend.  If you love remote, very private, great views and hills then go and stay.  You are in for a treat.a wondrous, peaceful, stunning glamping spot. The best we have ever stayed in.

We were apprehensive at first as it was going to be -8 degrees during our stay but we were absolutely blown away with how beautiful it was and how warm we were. The views are stunning and a great pub called the daffodil only a short walk away.
There is everything you need for a quiet peaceful stay off grid but with full 4G phone signal if needed. Nick was a star in getting the Hive all hot for when we arrived and we thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay in freezing conditions outside but kept toasty inside.

Just returned from a 3 night stay at this gem, for my birthday. We planned a nice winter break hoping for cold crisp weather to justify firing up the wood burner and wood fuelled hot tub. We weren’t disappointed. The Hiveaway was lovely, kitchen well equipped, bathroom clean and tidy, comfy bedding and a cosy wood burner to keep us warm. We fired up the hot tub twice and made the most of a warm soak. Surrounding scenery was lovely, quiet and with a good view of the sunset. We were even treated to a night without cloud which have us stunning views of the stars. Would definitely recommend to others!!!
