I stayed here recently for a week long break and loved it. The pod is clean and comfortable to stay in and has everything you need. It's even linked up to the internet with a fast connection which they have linked to alexa (The hours of fun I had saying I am your father to alexa), netflix and amazon prime for when you want to just chill inside. It has a wood burning stove, shower, fridge and an electric stove top.

The grounds are great and my dog loved it and wanted to run and play ball from dusk to dawn if I let her. There are two hammocks which are great to chill in and read a book of which there is a great selection in the pod.

As you can see my dog thoroughly loved it.

Absolutely fantastic place to stay. The beautifully decorated pods are clearly a labour of love for the owners Jo and Sion who were also really friendly and helpful during our stay. They have everything you need from the basics like cooking equipment, towels etc to the not so basic like local guide maps, LED candles for romantic evening and nice thoughtful touches like leaving a torch hanging by the door for if you need to go out at night.

They are also awesome for the modern traveller like me and my wife with USB ports for phone charging, WiFi, Amazon fire TV and even built in voice assistant (Fantastic for getting your favourite music playing for cooking and relaxing!).

The views behind the pods are stunning and worth a wander out to with your morning coffee. The grounds are nice to wake up to and have hammocks which are lovely on a nice day.

They are a little intimidating to get to first attempt (a small price to pay for having such a secluded retreat) but my advice is believe Google maps even when you start thinking "this can't be right"! It will get you there in the end.

This was a fantastic experience. Most beautiful views and everything you could wish for in the pod. Log burning fire was brilliant despite the frost outside.

I don't even know where to start at. Everything about this place is amazing!
My partner booked it as a surprise for my birthday for 2 nights 16th - 18th July 2022. We stopped in Idris.

The pod is absolutely gorgeous, its decorated nice and is cosy and comfortable for 2 people. The host has literally thought of everything you could possibly need including hiking sticks, shampoo and body wash, a sewing kit, cleaning products and even postage stamps!!!. There was also an Alexa connected to Spotify and an Amazon firestick that allowed you to use apps such as Amazon and Netflix - really impressed with this!!!. Plenty of books had been provided too and decent ones at that. There was also coffee, tea and sugar which I didn't personally expect in a self catering stay so that was great. We even had snacks provided which included biscuits, crisps and nuts - that was very thoughtful and was appreciated. The pod was very very clean, it smelt of Zoflora which was lovely and it seemed to last the whole time we were there.

The grounds were amazing- we had this whole patch of ground to ourselves as we were the only guests staying at the time. It was very private and pleasant to just enjoy. The grounds also included 2 hammocks which were fun! And a badminton net. The host had provided a box of games which we took part in and had a good laugh. There was a table and 2 chairs on the deck and also a bench with a parasole and also a BBQ.

The views were wonderful too, just at the back of the pod you could look over hills and into the distance.

Everything was just wonderful. I've never stopped in a pod before but would definitely do it again - me and my partner have already talked about returning!!!

Friendly host, lovely place with lots of useful features, torch, umbrella, walking sticks, which came in handy when walking up Snowdon. It had coal for the BBQ, logs for the log burner and a fan for the hot nights, would definitely recommend this gorgeous retreat.

We had a wonderful week here, the pod was very clean and had everything that was needed for our stay. The surrounding countryside was beautiful and the views from the pod were stunning. We will definitely return.
