The Old Vicarage

This holiday cottage is brilliant. On arrival we were greated by the very welcoming owners who had kindly provided us with a homemade cake and jam as well as a loaf of fresh bread, milk, spring water and butter. I would say that the kitchen was actually more equipped than ours at home. Everywhere in the cottage is spotless and feels very uplifting and fresh. The village itself is nice as well, there is a great lake in which we went rowing twice during our weeks visit and also has several other activities.
Overall this cottage is the best that we have every stayed at because of the cleanliness and the quiet and peacefulness and the fact that you can sit and eat breakfast outside on the balcony overwatching the stream which has kingfishers.
I would highly recommend this cottage and will definitely be returning.
