Nice little cottage. Great views and a nice place to relax. Cottage is clean and well kept.

Beautiful and peaceful location. Nice, clean accommodation. Views from the cottage (we stayed in The Stable) are amazing. After a long walk, it was really nice to be able to soak in the hot tub and take in the views. Owners very friendly and helpful, but respected our privacy. Would stay again.

Perfect! Owners Alan & Kate are absolutely lovely, very friendly and informative. Cottage is great, well equipped, with hob, oven, fridge freezer, ironing board and iron, washing machine,even a clothes horse to dry clothes all mod cons, even Wi-Fi, we couldn't have asked for better. The wood fire in the living room was lovely to snuggle up on one of the sofa's and watch a dvd at night. Beautiful area especially if you're looking to get away from the hustle of modern life. We loved it here and didn't want to leave.
The hot tub was excellent, there's even a little changing room beside it, bring some flip flops though and your own rubber duck! Towels are3 all provided.
We did a lot of touring and found it to be pretty well sited, with many attractions and beauty spots within easy drive. Some of the roads can be very narrow (including the approach to the cottage), winding and step, but this is Wales and if our city car managed it I'm sure anyone can.
Pack your things and book asap, you will not regret it.

Both cottages are beautiful as are the surroundings. There's plenty of walks and so much nature. The local pub isn't to far also. Kate and Alan are lovely people, very welcoming and friendly.

Such a lovely place in the middle of nowhere. Owners very welcoming, clean and tidy cottage with everything you need. Lovely hot tub to relax in after a long walk up Snowdon. Highly recommend.

A stunning jewel far from the madding crowd. If your looking for peace and quiet, fresh air, beautiful scenery and long walks through the countryside this is a must. The lets are comfortable, sparkling clean and cosy. The owners are wonderful, accomodating any additional needs on request but do not intrude on your privacy. Unplug yourself from the rat race and recharge your batteries.

Second visit to Graiglas, and another relaxing week in stunning surroundings. The Barn is cosy and comfortable and the owners friendly and welcoming. Lots of great walks and climbs locally, and drives to Lake Vyrnwy, and across the mountains to Bala and Snowdonia also great days out.

This is a rural location, but is an ideal place for peace, relaxation and getting away from it all! Pack lots of food and drink, grab your book and unwind.

Very comfortable and clean , great stay away if you like remote accommodation.
