Had a lovely relaxing week at this beautiful cottage. The owners are really nice and will make your stay as pleasant as possible without intrusion. The welcome pack is a lovely surprise when you arrive and the cottage has excellent fixtures and fittings. Spot and Bob the two farm dog's also give you a warm welcome and got on well with our collie cross Jake. We wouldn't hesitate to book here again as there is everything you could want and need for a relaxing break away in the beautiful Welsh countryside.

Lovely stone cottage, well presented and clean, kitchen well equipped. Thoughtful, welcome pack of food to keep you going on arrival. Views from the main bedroom are beautiful. Iona and Geraint are excellent hosts and Bob is the friendliest dog, ever.

A lovely holiday cottage located on the edge of the Cambrian mountains. The hosts Geraint and Iona were super friendly and very accommodating giving us recommendations of places to eat and visit on our long weekend away. There are a number of local walks around the cottage, there’s even a Roman Fort on their land. Their dog Bob truly was the star of the show. He’s super friendly and got on great with our own dog. The cottage was lovely, with all the amenities and a welcome hamper upon arrival. For anyone looking for a holiday staycation I would highly recommend staying at Tangaer Holiday Cottage!

We enjoyed staying in this cottage it is lovely clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated and furnished, large rooms with lots of storage, comfortable beds and great views from every window. It has everything you could possibly need bath robes, coffee machine, apron and all kitchen equipment. There is an amazing welcome pack when you arrive with delicious homemade Welsh cakes
The hosts Iona and Geraint are lovely people, warm and welcoming and happy to help with anything. Bob the dog is really friendly and it's nice to watch him pottering about.
Lots of nice walks and a little play area for children - a great place to stay.

Beautiful, comfortable and very well appointed cottage in a lovely location. My family and I have just got back from there today after spending Christmas somewhere very different this year. Iona and Geraint are perfect friendly hosts. Bob is the friendliest and most tolerant dog in history considering we had a four year old boy and my daughters 18 week old puppy. Best break ever, we will be back.

Absolutely stunning cottage, everything you could need for an enjoyable and relaxing holiday. The owners are lovely and Bob the dog soon became a great pal to our two Border Terriers. The only downside is that we had to come home.
