We've just got back from a short break on this campsite. Loved it. We called at short notice and the owner couldn't have been more accommodating. We had a great corner pitch for our caravan, stunning sea view, electric hook up and even access to free WiFi! There are toilets and showers on site, all kept clean and lovely hot showers. There is a cafe and restaurant literally across the road but they only open Thurs to Saturday. Pub is a short walk up the hill. Really enjoyed our stay here.

Just had one night in my camper van with my Jack Russell, great place , great views out to Sea and across the bay, easy access to the beach .
The owners were really friendly and helpful, will definitely return .
When the toilets are up dated ,as I'm sure they will be, it will be up to a 5 star rating, as it is though it is a very good site in a very good area .

It took us forever to get here, but it was worth it. It was the highlight of 2019 tbh. We had the best weather for the Easter weekend. The site was in a lovely position giving easy access to the beach and a local restaurant. It was busy but we weren’t pitched too close to others. The owners put on an Easter egg hunt for the kids and were very generous with their help and advice where to go. There’s a lovely walk which takes you round the coastal path for a couple of miles then back inland and back to the site via a stop-off at the local pub, what more could you want? Thanks, hope to go back there again one day.

Cottage was set in wonderful location in Wales. Good amenities, and friendly owners who were on hand to answer any questions when needed.

It was especially miserable weather whilst there, which meant that the first night was very very cold in the property and the heating was on a timer with no way for us to control. The owners were fantastic though the next day when we explained and sorted everything out even offering us electric blankets.

Would definately stay again and recommend to others.

We visited out of season, and were delighted to find it so close to a quiet and beautiful beach. There are a couple of of restaurants within walking distance. Coming in winter as we did, we found the cottage hard to get warm, although there is a lovely new wood burner. Well equipped and the owners helpful.

We hired Stable Cottage for 3 nights in June 2022 and we couldn't fault it. The cottage is very quirky and full of character. The kitchen is well-stocked with equipment. The beds are comfortable. The cottage was spotlessly clean. Outdoors, we had a garden - lucky for us as the sun shone for three whole days. In the kitchen, they leave 'leftovers' such as pasta, tins, film and foil, salt/pepper etc. All of this helps greatly when you're staying for a short time. The cottages are located on the edge of a camping/touring vehicle site and this is a mere 200 yards from the beach (if that). The headland walks are amazing. Self-catering was perfect because in this area, there are only two restaurants within walking distance and neither of these were open or able to accomodate us for the whole three nights. Those places are missing a trick that's for sure. The cottage managers are on hand to help with whatever you may need and they take care of some gorgeous flowers which are dotted around in pots in the courtyard. They've created a beautiful, quaint cottage garden for you to enjoy. Really well done! We thoroughly enjoyed our time and we will be returning.
