Customer service has been excellent - super helpful and flexible; and i had a really helpful tour of the facility on arrival. 24 hr access is ideal. Feels clean, well lit, well maintained and cared for. Highly recommend!

I've rented a unit at KentSpace a couple of times now and they're the best by far. 24 Hour Access is a real game-changer for me and the unit is easily accessible from the A249, M2 & M20. I can't recommend them enough!

Kent Space Lordswood has a great team of staff that are all very helpful and friendly. The site is clean and has plenty of unit sizes to suit needs. It’s secure and well lit throughout with a good amount of parking outside a well sized loading bay. There are also trollies on site to help with moving items from vehicle to your locker.

The only negative, hence why four stars, would be that there is no access for wheelchair users to the upper floor for cheaper rates due to the way the lift operates.

An extremly spacious and clean, the induction process was really easy to understand and i had Hannah show me around who was great and helpful! Great communication and great offers and deals when signed up. :)

Great setup with reasonable prices. 24/7 access is great too. Can’t fault!
