The Storage Works - Self Storage

Brilliant service... I would recommend to anyone.

I was in the process of moving house a while ago and I was in desperate need for some storage. I contacted the storage works via the telephone and the staff told me everything I needed to know and arranged an appointment that suited me.

The sign up was easy, the prices are great and the site is so much more secure than other storage sites I have seen in the past. There is descent free parking and the site is very easy to find.

There was no hassle when I left and no hidden charges. This is the first company I would think of if I ever need storage again in the future.

There are also offices available to rent. My girlfriend owns her own business and is considering expanding. If we require an office, this is the first place we will look.

We stored furniture at The Storage Works for almost 3 months and were pleased with the service. Contact was easy and immediate and setting up the ageeement and payment was simple. It was good to be able to pay on a weekly basis. The unit was safe and secure and reasonable value. A lift would have been useful but we used Flexi Removals Man & Van service recommended by Sam when we emptied the unit and they were excellent, so it was not a problem. I would definitely recommend The Storage Works.

Great facilities and superb customer service. I rented a unit here for several months including over the winter period. Units are clean and dry. Access is available 24/7 yet very secure. Special mention for Sam who was always very friendly and helpful with any queries I had. I would recommend without hesitation.

Very easy to deal with. I needed storage in a rush and had it all set up in 24hours. Despite initially only needing for 3-4 months ended up nearer 7 months which wasn’t a problem at all. I would definitely recommend and the unit was very secure,access was pretty much 24/7.

I had a trouble free 18 months at The Storage Works, renting office and storage space. The management and organisation are very efficient which provides the hassle free facility to get on with day to day business. One stand out feature was communication from the owner, who always responded promptly and amicably. Security is also thorough which is very reassuring. All in all an excellent facility. Thank you.

I rented storage space for 13 weeks. A great facility and the whole process from initial contact to the return of my deposit was hassle free. I'd certainly use them again and would encourage anybody seeking secure indoor storage at a reasonable cost to give them a try!
