Kent Space - Ashford

Fabulous service from Lesley and the team at Kent Space. Our storage was meant to be for three months but stretched to almost a year. The help and support we have received during this period has been outstanding. The premises are immaculate and very well maintained. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I have never used a storage facility before and therefore didn’t know what to expect or how secure and efficient it would be. I needn’t have worried. From my first contact (via email) to moving in the process was straightforward and professionally handled. The facility itself is really excellent with good lifts, excellent lighting and parking. The 24/7 access is a boon. I was also able to book a man and van (Andy) through the site who was really good and made the initial move simple and effective. A professional service which I highly recommend.

Fantastic and very professional team, always smiling and ready to help(Vicki,Lesley, Lilli,Gary and Charlotte) .There are business events and you can link up with like minded people.
The place is kept very clean and and tidy. There is a kitchen on every floor. There is plenty of parking spaces.
Review based on using the office space for the last 3 years
The building is away from the main road so there is no traffic noise.
I have a few recommendations
1. Would be great if there was a dedicated cycle parking
2. Would be nice if there is Microwave in the kitchen so the people can enjoy hot food
3. Would be nice if there is a ON/OFF switch for lights( In some cases we need to use different lighting for zoom calls)

I can't speak highly of the professionalism and the flexibility given to me by Lilli and Leslie when I arranged my unit. Staff like this are gold dust in 2022. I am safe in the knowledge that all my processions are safely kept at Kent Space. If you are considering getting storage of any size don't look any further than Kent Space. You seriously won't regret it.

I've used storage in Kent Space Ashford for several years, starting small and working up to 50sq feet. I found it secure, easy to access at any time, clean and dry. I could usually make a visit without seeing many people and there are plenty of access bays for parking and trolleys for unloading and loading. The staff are friendly and helpful and even remember my name out the hundreds they see. I've bought packing materials with my discount. I have nothing but praise for everything there and would not hesitate to use them again.

Crucial to any move: storage while you....wait months for the bottom of the chain to get sorted. Kent Space is clean, bright (orange) and secure with pleasant reception staff, who phone us for more dosh on monthly Saturdays when we've just been to 'our' wee orange garage in Ashford.
