Big Yellow Self Storage Sutton

Kereth in the central contact centre did an amazing job of helping us book two units in the most cost effective way. On arrival at the Sutton storage facility, Pam told us she'd very kindly organised for one of our units to be reallocated so it was nearer to the other for ease of loading and unloading which was a great help. Pam was very helpful at check in and also gave us a thorough tour of the facility so we knew how things worked. Pam was also really fun to chat to while we were booking in, thanks Pam!

We have had a positive experience with Big Yellow in Sutton. The staff are friendly, helpful and have looked after the contents of our home for nine months. I’ve been using this storage facility for a few years now to store Xmas presents, and when I came in this time, I was greeted straight away using my name and the lady I dealt with already knew a lot about me and why I use their services from my previous visits and made me feel really welcome. I felt like a gold card member of an airline club. She even gave me the same room I had used before so that it would feel familiar to me and pre organised extended access for Xmas Eve in advance as she knew I had asked for it before. Big Yellow Sutton has become part of my Christmas tradition now. I think they’re great.

Units are very clean and tidy, priced well for the size and the security they offer. All the staff are very friendly and Phoebe was great, talked me through my contract with ease. Happy to store my items with them.

I am absolutely please with the deputy manager Kathryn. She has been so helpful with my process at big yellow from the minute I got there. She goes above and beyond for her customers and it is very much appreciated. I will definitely be using big yellow again due to her wonderful, caring service.
