What a fabulous storage facility in Streatham! Sparkling new, spacious, excellent value for money and the most helpful staff. Hats off to Amy in particular who guided me step by step from the initial phonecall, checking in and finally bringing in all the belongings I needed to store. I had a really great service from a member of the Access team today. I heard she would be leaving the store so it will be a real shame that I won’t see Amy the next time I pop in. But I’ll be sure to keep an eye out if I am in another store.

I havent used a storage facility in years but Access in Streatham is a very newly built facility and looks good inside and out. I signed up on site after they showed me the room sizes, it took about 20 mins to sign up and they matched the prices online and I was able to get into the room immediatley. There are a number of security features on site so I had no concerns about the safety of my possessions. Overall I was impressed with the service, facility and thought it was good value for money.

Umar could not have been more helpful throughout the booking procedure and answered my many questions with patience and knowledge. Rich was also extremely helpful on our moving day.

Staff at streatham were very helpful and friendly. Helped me get a great deal. I was originally a shurgard customer for 10 years. And they continued to increase the price and refused to even price match the deal I got at access. Saving myself over 70% for my first couple of months and neatly 40% for the first year. Very helpful and superior facilities to shurgard

If you are looking to be scammed, that's the place to go! Paying £26 to rent a storage and being tell later on that it is required to have a uk permanent address to do so. They scam on the refund giving back only £10. Good job losing £16 for literally nothing.

It’s my first time using a storage facility and Access Streatham have made it so easy. Brand new and beautifully clean. Really clear registering process online and the staff are amazing and so friendly. Amy, the assistant manager, has been particularly brilliant and really went out of her way to make our check in run smoothly. Highly recommend!!
