Plus points location,great! Very secure. Easy access. Limited hours as with most self storage locations nowadays. But be very careful checking the small print.Staff friendly and approachable, but the system is designed to get the most out of a customer. Jimmy is great but new and Doug the manager is helpful. Very keen discounted rate for first 2 months, just make sure it is taken when you first arrive to sign for your unit. And above all document every communication. Phone, email, letter keep copies

Waste of my time and money sent back all my goods which cost me £500 to re arrange and dpd also advised this location rejects the most deliveries so i was like great i will not be using it for longer as i was better sending all my goods away to amazon warehouse really would have saved me money and stress.

Plus no place to chuck away pallets as its full so have to keep pallet in storage as i could not be bothered to arrange to sort that out.

As a small amazon business I will look elsewhere and not recommend unless you want to wait all day for delivery.

Also charged me full price after 6 weeks not 8 as told.
Please read all small print do not listen to all the selling points they make.

Today my mum went in for a refund of 9 extra large boxes and the lady working there was really rude,I felt I needed to write a review so this is addressed. She had the nerve to keep questioning my mum on why we bought them in the first place. First of all we were not told there was a 14 day refund policy hence we came on day 17. She was very rude about this but okay fine despite it not being our fault we understand her questioning. However the audacity to then turn around and keep grunting and saying why didn't you see the size before or say no one has ever come back for a refund. I only wish I was there to speak to this worker because my mum may not communicate as well due to English not her first language. I would have spoken to head office there and then. Rudeness should not be allowed when dealing with customers. Just because someone has decided to refund some boxes doesn't mean you should judge them also, refunds are normal. We had used 1/10 boxes and found they didn't fit so the normal reaction would be to return the remainder. The person who served me when I bought the boxes was lovely but the experience my mum had... She did not deserve that. The lady also lied on top to say she didn't know how to do a refund although she had been there for 'years'.

Hi Anu was excellent booked me in and explained everything to me and got the unit I wanted on the Ground Floor and was happy with her service and would recommend Safestore in HAYES Middx

A friendly welcome and a really helpful and efficient introduction to our storage unit. It feels as though all our stuff is in very safe hands!

I'm disappointed, they don't care about regular customers, they only count on new ones, I don't recommend

Been using this lockup for years now with my company, staff very helpful and have gone the extra mile for me at times when I’ve requested certain things. feel that my items are safe there and staff are on the ball with most things. Manager is helpful and has his head screwed on.
