I would like to say that I have found all the staff, especially Alex, the Manager, extremely helpful and friendly. Even when I wasn't absolutely sure of the size of storage I would need there was no hesitation from Alex that it would definitely be accommodated - which it was. This took most of the worry away from the whole move. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Exeter Storage Factory to anyone in need of safely storing their belongings. The Storage Factory has been a godsend for my parents home contents after moving to a nursing home. It is just down the road, so really handy and so secure. Access security is amazing and the unit itself is completely airtight. Alex is always a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended.

From the moment we walked into the Storage Factory office we had a very warm greeting from Alex and received detailed information on the units etc. Both Alex and Alison have always given excellent customer service, make you feel very welcome and been very helpful. A great quality roof box at a very reasonable price. Why would you buy one when you can hire from The Storage Factory. It would take ten years of holidays before it was worth buying, and you don't have to store it for the other 51 weeks. Very friendly and helpful people. Highly recommended.

We only go camping once a year and so there is little point in us buying a roof box, the solution therefore was to hire one.
The service from Carl was excellent both last year and this year. He is extremely affable and helpful. The cost to hire is very reasonable and they are flexible in pick up and drop off timings. They also helped us putting on and taking the roofbox off our ridiculously high car. Thank you so much, we will be back.

Excellent storage facilities, 24hr access and nice clean containers. Extra security with built in door locks and CCTV throughout. Staff are also very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend.

It was a pleasure to book our storage in Exeter. Carl explained all the details we needed to know. He was so helpful and pleasant at all times. He reserved a unit for us as we needed it in a few days time. The whole process was painless. The units are clean, well priced and are available 24/7 for you to take or add items. Security is excellent. I fully recommend them to you.
