The team was very kind with helping me manage my items as I was moving from the US. They were great with communication and accommodated my special circumstances.

Filip was very helpful. I felt the storage was reasonably priced at 50% off for the first 8 weeks.

Sorting out a refund was less than straight forward. Had to go in physically to get the manager to do her job as leaving messages didn't work.

On my first visit the staff I engaged with were amazing, friendly and helpful, upon my 2nd visit the lady behind the reception desk was unnecessarily rude towards me and the customer that was also in the foyer, I later discovered she was one of the managers.

From the moment I arrived staff were warm and friendly.. As was their reception area, on this particularly Baltic day today!!!

I shuffled in and was given a seat and made to feel welcome, despite needing to sit there for several minutes before my scheduled meet up time with a colleague.

Their telephone manner with customers meanwhile I sat there in the background, was top notch. It was a pleasure to hear them collaborate and commiserate on a customer having gone into liquidation, and the care they took with fully managing that situation. They made a good team.

When the gentleman showed us to our booked unit, he was very informative, helpful, and good humoured. The extensive level of lighting and security cameras made me feel at ease as a female customer/for visiting at unusual hours; much less dingy/horror-movie-esque, than other storage facilities I have rented units at.

The lady who helped us with the contract setup was equally impressive, and generous with her time and explanations of the meaning of sections of the contract, as well as the benefits and add-ons that might be useful for us/might not be as useful for our specific situation. I left feeling heard, and having had a good laugh at the stylus on the electronic tablet not quite lining up (which would be my only suggestion of something to improve). It was an extremely enjoyable and personable interaction all around, in what could easily have been a boring or frustrating interaction with the tech/contract. Great bit of customer service.

I understand their prices to have also been better than other storage facilities that were in more central London postcodes; this was a significant factor in my colleague choosing Big Yellow Chiswick. Personally, I will happily recommend them for others to consider, and will be back for a quote as soon as I have personal items to store.
