Amazing experience by Alan who explained everything very kindly and on a very professional manner. The lady that was there on Thursday I don't remember her name was also amazing as well as was another gentleman who showed me around and said he was the handyman.
Great services by this company.

Leena served me today and was so helpful. Gave me multiple quotes, took me see multiple spaces and I know exactly what I need to consider going forwards.

Stored here for 14 months. Very happy with the service, the staff are lovely and friendly and it was very helpful having them take in our deliveries. If i ever needed a unit again i would happily return here :)

By senior has a work unit here & after receiving over 100 new parts today I needed some storage solution urgently & the store showed me some plastic boxes. Amazing solution, worked perfectly & instead of 100 boxes loose in my van I now have it organised & literally just covers the floor of my van. THANK YOU ALAN

On my daily visits to the Self Storage unit, I always have a pleasant experience. The staff are brilliant, particularly Alan, Michelle & Lina who are always very helpful and polite.

An absolutely fantastic experience, from start to finish. I received thorough and respectful email contact before my arrival. What was really notable, though, was Leena's assistance, once on site.

Leena was empathetic regarding my delayed and somewhat difficult movers - including actually changing my reservation to not only save me an increase to the movers' fee, but to gain me a discount on SafeStore's fees - despite the fact that their being late prevented her from finishing work on time.

Most profoundly, though, Leena offered bold and practical support, and kept me comparatively calm was during what became a somewhat nightmareish move. Having expected to receive the movers that morning, my partner had had to leave for work: it was therefore just me and the movers (both male and significantly larger than me), getting my stuff from the van to the storage unit. I am a small and physically Disabled woman. I had already paid a substantial fee and agreed to an overtime rate - when the movers suddenly decided upon a significant increase in their fee. When I refused, the lead mover shouted that, if I didn't immediately provide the money in cash, he would drive (literally all of) my possessions back to my old address. He knew I no longer had tenancy or any rights there, but stated he would leave my belongings outside the property.

Back came dear Leena, who had obviously remained vigilant throughout the movers' misconduct. Her refusal to open the gates meant the driver couldn't just take off!

She was so kind to me throughout this drama, despite the fact that it was snowing and she should have finished work at least an hour before this point. Her actions meant that I had time to speak with the police and with the movers' manager, and was ultimately able to stow my stuff safely. As I write this, I honestly wonder whether I would still have my furniture, beloved childhood toy, the notes with which I hope to finish my dissertation - had it not been for her assistance. I am so grateful.

SafeStore's facilities otherwise grand. Helpfully on one level and both units and corridors etc are spacious. I'll certainly return, should I need to use a storage unit again.

Leena's boss, if you read this, please consider promoting her. She seems casually brilliant at her job and is clearly a delightful person.

Leena, let me know if you ever want a gushing reference from someone who's only met you twice. It was a real pleasure!
