Really great experience. I had a delivery coming and was able to store everything in a unit 10 minutes after having signed the contract. The site didn't have a unit of the size I wanted, so they offered a really competitive price for a bigger one, which I really appreciated. Staff was incredibly helpful and nice, it was a pleasure to deal with them. Definitely recommended.

Konstantine was extremely helpful and delivered flawless service. He was uplifting and confident and was willing to go far and beyond to make me happy. You can really tell that he is passionate about what he does. This is what I’d expect from anyone in any form of service. Polite, clear, and consistent. I would hands down recommend! Dolly was my point of contact when I finally decided to use this company. She is the most polite and welcoming person.

She had the answers to all my questions and was so helpful when it came for us to actually start storing.

Very helpful staff who try their best to find the best deal and storage solution. The warehouse is clean, well lit, maintained and has easy access to all floors.

Just wanted to write another review, because I can’t state enough how lovely, kind, helpful, *amazing* Dolly Bhindi is. Yet again, she stayed behind past closing hours and help when she didn’t have to because that’s the person she is. Thank you for your service and all the very best.

I can’t speak about the quality of service regarding this particular branch but I can speak about working for Amar the owner of this office. Amar is narcissistic, unethical, arrogant and manipulative. I had a very bad and unfortunate experience when I worked for this office. Subsequently the majority of staff were also terrible to work with most notably a man named Colin who treated me with racial discrimination. He once offered to make me a cup of tea only for me to realise the cup had not been washed. I was made privy to his disdain for me by others. The environment that I found myself in was highly toxic and degrading. By far the worst job I’ve ever had and Amar is the worst manager I have ever met. He would often play practical jokes on his staff but this was actually a form of bullying.
I witnessed it all and day by day, the contempt and mistreatment of individuals such as myself became insufferable.
It was so bad I had a breakdown and had to seek counselling after I left. I do not recommend working for this office. It is hell. I am lucky I got out.

Very good service. The lady who helped me with everything was called Dolly and she was extremely helpful and kind. I left some stuff in the office after singing up and she kept it safe for me and returned it when I came back next time
