Easistore Crawley

I have used many storage facilities and this is by far the best. The facility itself is spotlessly clean with a well designed loading area, personalised entry code system for access recording, two large lifts which accept passengers too and clean, climate controlled units. The staff go out of their way to be helpful and accommodate short-notice changes. There are snack and drink facilities and customer toilets. In addition to this there is very cheap van hire (free for first use). I strongly recommend this facility and will use again if I need to.

Just finished my second stint with Easistore Crawley, I used them 4 years ago for temporary storage when I moved house, and I've just used them for a month while having my roof re-tiled. On both occasions I've been *really* impressed by how organised, efficient, helpful and friendly their staff are. The storage facility is clean, clearly laid out, temperature controlled and easy to access. They also do coffee and free wi-fi! A very pleasant company to deal with, thoroughly recommended.

Really poor service and full of hidden charges. Firstly, they advertise “free van hire” to help you move. It’s most certainly not free. Firstly charged an insurance waiver of £28 but then also told of a £250 excess. I’m unsure why you need a waiver but also liable for excess as kind of defeats the purpose of a waiver.

Secondly, the storage unit displays the monthly quote online. Once there, and on moving day when too late to change plans I was advised there is an addition £75 fee as a security deposit. It’s an empty room. I’m not sure why a £75 deposit; on top of the whole duration is needed for an empty metal room. As the saying goes “if something is too good to be true; it normally is”.

Staff were friendly enough and polite however it’s a classic case of “the price online” against lots of hidden charges and extras.

I would avoid and go with a more transparent company. £250 later for 4 weeks of storage is extortionate. I await to see if the £75 is returned or some phantom damage will appear. I’ll hold my breathe

I used Easistore for about 4 weeks. I got the storage half price, plus access to a free van. The staff are so helpful. If I ever have storage needs again Easistore will be my first choice.

Very helpful staff. Nice a clean inside and out. I was shown around to see the diffrent sizes of rooms and was able to make the best choice.

Thanks all at Easistore Crawley! Everything from getting a quote, booking, van hire, to moving in was effortless.

The facilities are spotless and we were thoroughly impressed by the security measures and the climate controlled units.

There are plenty of trolleys available for moving stuff in or out.

Recently booked and currently use a storage space from them. Awesome, polite and efficient service, from start to finish. Gentleman on reception was great and made sure I got the correct size, even suggesting smaller units (as well as talking about how to change units if I find I need less/more space). Easy to access during open times, with enough parking to not cause any problems. The only downside was they were unwilling to honour their 'beat any other quote' promise. I understand its Covid and you may be busy, but a corporate promise is a promise, even if you do lose money at the time. that's the only reason for the 3*. if they honoured it, this review would be 5*.
