I'm not minded to be critical, prefer to take things as I see them - the people I've come into contact with for UK Storage have been spot-on, an absolute credit to the company. Normal, conversational, confident, pleasant, professional. I'd like the costs to be lower, of course, and I really don't like the creeping bits like cleaning fee, over-priced 'mandatory' insurance, lock fee etc, but really UK Storage - at least the site I used and people I spoke to - are hands-down the best in the game in Bristol. Solid effort everyone.
