Sets the gold standard for storage. Big trolleys with sides, generous lifts, spacious corridors, big entrance door, helpful onsite staff. Just nothing not to like!

I went in there quite stressed and in a sticky situation. Jack went out of his way to help me and explained everything thoroughly and professionally. A very pleasant experience. I would highly recommend them for sure.

Rodent infestation

We've had a storage unit with Maidstone Branch for the last 10 months. We've have gone to empty our container today and discovered that several pieces of very expensive furniture have been deficated on by rodents. They had chewed through several wooden pieces of furniture and then left droppings and urine staines all over our sofa. Staff didn't really seem to care. A member staff informed us they had never really dealt with something like this before. They made a phone call and told us to contact our insurance company and someone would call Monday.

I don’t write many Google reviews but this one had to be done.

I cannot rate the staff at Easistore for making it very easy to use their facilities. They are so helpful!

If you need cheap and easy to use storage you need to go see them!!!

Great service, great prices clean efficient and accessible storage at an unbeatable price

Requested a quote online a couple of days in advance, as fortunately I had time to do so. Would defintely recommend speaking to someone prior, as I wasn't prepared for the security deposit (£80, though this may be only for the 15sqfoot unit I got), BUT they offer 50% off first 8 weeks, and I was able to set up a direct debit for the second month's rent, as at the time I only had funds for first month by the time security deposit was added. You need photo ID and proof of address dated within 3 months, also an inventory of your items and what each is worth (for insurance purposes... Can't remember if their limit is £3k or £5k but mine were much less so didn't need to worry too much) also, some things they don't store, I do remember jewellery and personal items which may be irreplaceable, so please do call ahead beforehand. Overall, very polite, friendly, customer focused service, can't thank them enough for their help when I needed to unexpectedly store items within 2 days!

I got an online quote from this company for a 12 month period, that is all I requested..since then I have received three phone calls 3 text messages and 6 Emails bombarding me, then this morning I receive another email from Joanne referring to me as Mr Gemma, I am appalled with this company and so unprofessional. Stay away!

The facility itself is lovely. High quality, great lighting, good sized corridors, large lifts so you can fit several trolleys in at once. A range of trolleys suitable for various goods.
However... you pay through the nose for all of that.
I had to leave as they increased their rates by 75% year on year, with no explanation and just a letter telling me it was going up.
I would recommend it, if you’re happy paying more than you would elsewhere. It IS nice, but just overpriced and clearly don’t care about their customers... I don’t think any of us have had a 75% pay increase this year!!!
