Excellent service, very clean and easy to get to. Very flexible, we had to move to a larger unit this was completed on a Saturday when we ran out of room. They moved us to the next door unit so we didn't have to carry stuff far. Staff are plesent when you have to talk to them. We would definitely recommend this company.

The setting up process was quick and easy. Anyone I've spoken to on the phone has been helpful and efficient. The building has always been clean and easy to access. We gave notice on our unit and then due to Covid we had to cancel that and everything was handled well. We've left now but would definitely use them again.

Fulfilled all of our storage needs and would thoroughly recommend. Easy to book a unit, competitively priced, access at any time quick and easy, very clean, secure and well maintained.

We used the storage unit as it was very easy to get to. The customer service was excellent from setting up the direct debit for payment and they were very helpful in any enquiries we had.

Used UK storage basically for there locality for when we moved house...as it is based a mile from new home.the usage of this facility was very clean safe and dry...in all fareness its great facility with 24 hour access.if we ended up using it again we would....highly recommend the use of the facility they can help with all sizes of space.

I had researched storage facilities near where I was moving to, and although there were many to choose from I picked the UK storage company at swad. As a lone female I felt extremely safe and protected even when attending the unit on my own, the knowledge that there was consent CCTV security was one of the biggest factors for this. All communial areas were spotlessly clean and having a toilet on site was a bonus too. Simple to set up and staff via telephone were very helpful polite and friendly. I would definitely use again and have no worries in suggesting them to my friends and family.

We thought it was very well lit and clean throughout the corridors. It was simple to book and check in online and when we struggled to find the lock we rang the help number and straight away a helpful person at the end of the line directed us to an empty storage room where we could find another. It was all so simple, efficient and helpful. Will definitely use again in the future if the need arises. Thank you.

Perfect location for our house move to store items in. Fantastic response from the team for when I needed to reduce the size of the unit. They did it there and then. So simple to set up. Couldn't have asked for anything else. Certainly would use again if needed and would recommend them to anyone.
