Storage spaces are a good size very safe and secure and all main doors password protected and every individual granted a key to their space. Nice size trolleys to help move stuff about weather loading or unloading.

The service is amazing. Jade & team have been great from the start. The units are clean & look brand new. The security systems are easy to use but feel very secure. I feel my belongings will be safe & clean until i collect them. I know if i do have any concerns, Jade & her team will sort them smoothly. Highly recommended.

The van hire process is really easy and all staff involved were helpful. They explained all processes involved and upon handing the vehicle back, the return process was even easier. The van when it was taken over was clean and obviously well cared for. Will definately be coming back for future services.

Jade and Paul were extremely helpful and polite! Best customer service I've received in a long time, nothing is too much trouble and Paul even made me a nice cuppa and offered me a biscuit too. The site is clean and well presented, really professional set up and maximum security. They even do van hire which I wish I was aware of before as the price is more than reasonable. 10/10 would highly recommend. Thank you Storage Factory!!!!!!!

The team were so lovely! We had a last minute move and after struggling with other storage providers, Storage Factory really came through for us!

It was really clean, easy to access 24/7 and was one of the only local storage facilities I could find offering a minimum of a week storage (rather than a month).

We ended up renting a van from them too which was a great deal - £65 for 24 hours with optional additional insurance options which were only a couple of quid extra (unlike the £40+ we've been charged from other van rental companies).

I will always recommend for anyone looking for long or short term storage!

Stored our daughters stuff after leaving university. The staff are extremely helpful and polite. The facilities are excellent and very secure. And i have to say that the prices are very reasonable. We even got a refund for vacating earlier than we had paid for. Highly recommend this company.

Lovely, professional staff delivering an excellent service at reasonable cost. Explained information to me clearly. I lost a set of keys in the van and the Manager rang to confirm if they were mine, then very kindly posted them on to me in Devon, at their cost. I couldn’t ask for more, if only more companies followed their example.

After shopping around several years ago, I chose Storage Factory to store my things and it has worked out really well for me. From my first phone call to finally giving notice, Jade offered me good advice, making sure I chose the right size unit in the first place, to downsizing a few years later, and recently in making the final check-out super easy. The facility is beyond clean and access is 24-7. And it has been good to support a more independent business rather than a big national chain.
