Very clean and safe throughout. Seems like it is new. Very helpfull staff. Easy access with a loading bay a few meters from the lift. Lots of trolleys available and parking.

Used the Salisbury branch to store items while moving house in Oct 22. Friendly service from Matt & Mark. It’s well thought out with good facilities - trolleys, sack trucks and even toilets! I also bought some packing material from them and it was good value compared to places like Amazon etc.

Storage Works (formerly 1st Self Access Storage) at Old Sarum, was just what I needed to store belongings for over a year between two moves. The system is well-organized, easy to use, very reasonably priced, and the staff friendly and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone!

Good clean storage with flexible use of units. I was moving into a unit at a weekend when there were no staff, unsure if I had the correct size, the staff member advised to take another if needed and to let them know when they reopened. Would definitely use again if needed, price wise worked well.

We recently used 1st Self Access Storage to see us through a house move. Excellent storage facility, very clean, easy to use, good size trolleys to use, good location. Padlock supplied at no extra charge. Mark and Matt were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to use again and I'd happily recommend to anyone looking for self storage in and around Salisbury.

I had a 100sq ft storage locker as an overflow for when we were having to move house by ourselves.
It was the perfect solution. The staff were very helpful. The facility is clean, spacious, well equipped and very secure. It was also excellent value.

This was our first experience of using a storage facility and the team at 1st self access made it very easy.
