Safestore Self Storage Preston

Staff are polite and helpful, recently rented a unit. The staff were very accommodating. I returned today and it was just a male gentleman who once again made me welcome and chatted. Service is impeccable and staff are most helpful. Definitely 5 stars from me. Don't know the gentleman or the females name but thanks guys

Hassle-free storage experience. Easy out-of-hours access. We actually lost the unit keys, but the staff member Danny was helpful in breaking the lock and even waived the charges for the lost hob. Would definitely recommend Safestore.

Entered my details in online to find out prices only to be called 3 times in 24 hours by sales agents, it’s not on. If I wanted to go ahead and book I’d have called you. This hard selling tactic is poor

From the moment we arrived with a van load the service was 5 star …. The lady on reception who was a new starter but still showed me around to discuss room sizes and had a very positive attitude. A credit to the company. The offer of trolleys and goods lift and spotless fresh painted facilities gave me confidence. Was very impressed all round .. Nothing negative to add and the price was fair. A very pleasant experience and will definitely recommend. Keep up the good work .
