Safestore Self Storage Crawley

Highly recommended- used Safestore while our belongings were in storage for 3 months. The units are very clean and the location is air conditioned throughout. Ryan the manager is very helpful and friendly character and explained exactly how the invoicing worked and what was what. When I came to move our belongings out no issues with getting a refund as moved part way through the month.

Very easy to arrange storage. Ryan was particularly helpful in advising on appropriate space for my needs and was happy to show me round the facilities. He also pointed out the various additional products without the “hard sell”. After booking had to rearrange start date and size of unit at short notice. Emma very helpful in sorting this out. Facilities good, lots of bays, trollies, etc. Very clean and tidy. Transferring stuff from van to unit very easy - helped by fact I was the only customer that day - would take a bit longer on a busy day. All in all a great experience, competitive price, great staff and would highly recommend.

The staff make the place, especially Ryan & Emma who are aways friendly and very helpful. I stored the contents of my home at Safestore and I always felt it was safe and well looked after. I would use again.

Excellent customer service and fantastic value for money. I was a bit awkward and had to change storage dates and was accommodated with no issues. We see Ryan frequently who has been incredibly helpful and friendly, especially with some of our more silly questions about how the lift works and how to access our storage. Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs to store for moving house or anything else.

Very nice experience here. I stored my household goods for more than 2 weeks. Ryan and Emma are very helpful and professional. Also, got refund for the unutilized duration.

Would 10 star this if I could. I recently immigrated from South Africa and needed a storage place nearby to Gatwick airport (This place is the closest , 1 train ride away). Ryan was incredibly helpful and accommodating, I felt my goods were in ‘safe’ hands excuse the pun and he sorted me out with a unit,
Lock and all the info I needed. I collected my goods 6 weeks after I landed and all sorted out. Would definitely recommend and use again! Thank you Ryan great effort.
