Efficient and friendly! Spaceways offers free packing boxes + delivers all your stuff to their warehouses and back, which is perfect if you’re someone who DOESN’T want to go through the hassle of moving house by yourself. Pricing structure is all on their website, which I appreciated, and they don’t harass you with telemarketing calls. Spoke with customer support over the phone a few times - they’ve always been helpful, immediately answering any questions I had with absolute clarity. Great service and absolutely worth the money!! Just wish that I could book an exact timeslot for delivery.

My experience with them thus far has been incredible. The delivery driver always showed up in the designated delivery/pickup time and always notified me when he was 10-15 minutes away from my location. Their helpline is also really good. They were always friendly and were able to answer my questions and help me every time.

Second year I have used their services. I highly recommend this company if you are looking for a place to leave your stuff while you are away or moving. Not only their prices are good, but the customer service is top tier, messaging you when they are near your house. In my experience, fast and efficient pick up and you get your things delivered the next day after you ask them. The ordering process is pretty straight forward with no hidden charges, and they do not spam you with emails and offers, something rare these days in my opinion.

Amazing service! I specifically appreciate their flexibility. I was unavailable to be in my flat that day. I called the driver and asked him if it was possible for him to enter through the reception without me being present. He did exactly that (for a fee) and everything went pretty smoothly.

I have never posted any negative comment/review to a company in my life but I had such an awful experience with Spaceways, a review is definitely needed. I will never use and recommend their service again.

Firstly, drivers are always late for the scheduled collection time. I waited a couple of hours past my collection slot for the driver to arrive. The most shocking and ironic thing was the driver has the audacity to ask me to scan a QR code for a 5 star positive review!

Secondly, this company overcharged for the amount of items I stored. I tried to call them but the staff could not help and asked me to wait for a call back. Unsurprisingly, no one called back and I had to follow up the next day. This matter was not solved after 10 days, I had to chase them up over 5 times. Additionally, I did not know there was an early pick up fee (£15) which did not alert me upon the checkout window when I placed the order. At the end, they charged me for £55.20 but the right amount should be £53 according to what they have requested on the phone. From what I have already experienced, I did not want to claim the extra £2.20 as they may take another week to solve the problem. They are very unprofessional and irresponsible throughout the process.

Thirdly, I paid all the storage fee before I booked for the re-delivery slot. After I collected my items, 2 weeks later, they suddenly charged me for another £72.90 for no apparent reason and without notice. The most ridiculous thing is they took the money from my different payment card, not the card I added to my Spaceways account. I have never added this card to the account or added it as direct debit which is entirely threatening my privacy now. I called Spaceways but the staff said he does not know what to do, and may need to ask the other department. I suggested if he could connect me to the other department directly but he rejected due to the reason that it may take too long to call the other department. The only thing I can do is WAIT AGAIN.

I am writing this to warn others and to avoid this company if possible. If you are moving, hiring a van would definitely be more cost efficient.

I absolutely loved the service provided by Spaceways. The service overall was pretty simplified, smooth and convenient and reasonably charged as per the required unlike other storage companies I have dealt with in the past.

The customer service is always there to duly answer the calls and patiently cater to your queries and requests, extremely warm and helpful.

My delivery/collection guys Calum and Joe were extremely patient, warm and friendly. Both of them would inform me about their arrival 15-30 mins prior and overall provided a quick and excellent service with the heavy boxes from the start till the end.

Would highly recommend this storage facility especially for students!

Amazing service. Joe was super friendly and helpful. He made the whole thing seamless. It’s my first time moving places in the UK so I had a lot of questions but he was extremely patient and he walked me through everything. I highly recommend Spaceways storage for movers!

Quick and convenient.
- during lock-down the pick-up came within a couple days since booking the service;
- everything happened super quick and I did not have to think about my boxes until I needed them back;
- collection also happened super quick and all my items were in the condition I sent them. They were delivered to my new address so I did not need to worry about transport either.
Would use again if I need temporary storage.
