SureStore - Self Storage Lichfield

We are using SureStore to store the contents of our flat whilst our sale goes through. It is a really easy to use, reliable and safe company - we are very impressed so far. The building is immaculate throughout (even the toilets!) and staff at the desk, Rebecca in particular, were incredibly helpful and made everything very easy for us.

Great business, very easy to select the unit you may require and all the staff including Luan the store manager have a great knowledge and expertise on how to make your selection. Nothing is too much trouble, would highly recommend.

Kayleigh was amazing with us during our stay at Lichfield. She went above and beyond to help us and with her help along with the area manager Stuart they made a stressful experience all the better thanks to their kindness and just their willingness to help. I would highly recommend anyone wanting storage to use Lichfield. Definitely speak to Kayleigh and if she can't help she will get Stuart to help. Thank you both so much for your help and support. Surestore Lichfield have been AMAZING thanks to Kayleigh and Stuart. I cannot thank Kayleigh enough for her help after we had an accident on the car park she was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING and helped to look after our children while we sorted with the other party. Between her and Stuart they helped us sort everything with our items that we had to leave there. They couldn't have done more. They are an absolute credit to Surestore Lichfield
