Signed up for the storage in less than 5 minutes, it was really easy to follow the instructions and entering the storage units was straight forward too.
Plenty of space inside and the unit had been cleaned, the water and sweets defiantly helped with the whole moving process! Nice extra touch

Sign up process is pretty easy and straight forward.
Access to the facility is also easy and straight forward but the site is a bit basic when compared to others (no automatic gates etc).
The unit itself is fairly clean and tidy.
I’m not overly keen on the offer of 8 weeks half price being 6 weeks and then 2 more after leaving review, this is not explained upfront.
Pricing is high when compared to others who offer things like automatic gates and onsite staff etc. but I chose this for the convenient location.
Customer service needs some work but overall the experience is adequate.
Value and review score would be higher if the “offer” price was the normal price as I think that better reflects the value you get.
Quotes from competitors were a lot cheaper but further away.
Overall I would say it is adequate and does what it says if not a bit overpriced.
Not sure why others received water, sweets and a key fob.
Nothing in my unit and there’s just a key for the lock outside.

Amazing! Could not have been easier to get a storage unit. Choose a location, full in your details, pay and that's it... Then just wait for the txt containing your access key and you are done.. Super Impressed

Such a quick and easy process when first hiring a storage unit. Since then it's been a breeze to access the site which is very secure.

Quite possibly the worst company I've had to deal with. Had a few issues at the beginning. No apology when I emailed. It says on their website that the gates are automated. They are not! After a few dealings with this company I had completely lost trust so I cancelled my storage contract, only to find that they are still taking money from my account. Looks like I'm not the only one that has experienced this. Would never use them again and my advice would be to steer well clear.

Great location with good security, easy to access and set up. Perfect place to store stuff whilst we move house.

Very easy to sign up and booking storage container was only a couple of steps to complete. Phoned before I booked and gentlemen I spoke to was very helpful and polite. Would recommend to friends and family.

Super simple sign up process, love the ease of just getting a pin and you are ready to go. Guy on the phone was really helpful in letting me know a container was becoming available and I could sign up.
Loses 1 star because I feel that it should tell you on the site there is no availability instead of saying a required field hasn't been filled in. Just my feedback as a web developer :-).
