Lok'nStore Self Storage Cardiff

Cardiff Lok'nStore is brilliant, from the staff who are friendly and helpful to the facilities themselves which are clean, spacious and easy to use with plenty of good quality carts to move your stuff. Very good experience and big thanks to the staff at the Cardiff branch!

The sign in process is simple, just get a padlock and bring proof of who you are (they can sell you a padlock and packaging too if you need it)

The location is good, being on Penarth road with the various trade shops meaning access is easy with a car or a van.

You can hire a van here too (not available when I was here, but there are more vans not far away in the Ikea car park if needed.)

Note: the vans are Hertz so you'll need to sign up to their app and send a photo of you licence as it's a separate business.

Sarah and the team made it a very easy choice for me to use Lok N Store in Penarth Road. By far the easiest storage company to deal with, extremely efficient and friendly and very competitevely priced. The units are immaculate and all the staff there have been incredibly helpful. They genuinely want your business and make you feel valued.

I finally retrieved my belongings two years after a covid displacement story. Staff were very helpful while I was overseas to facilitate my daughter gaining access, and keeping a key for her.
It's a clean, tidy and secure space.

Storage costs have gone mad but Lok n store is among the most reasonable.
Dealt with Maisie at the cardiff branch who has been incredibly helpful. Made it all a very simple process and helped with me changing the order half way through to minimise the extra expense which was thoughtful abs much appreciated. I would recommend lok no store and especially Maisie. All good.
