Direct Storage

I moved house last year and needed to place my family's belongings into storage for a month whilst we waited to exchange contracts. Kim and the team provided me a van free of charge to move into storage and out agin FREE of charge. I had full access whenever I wanted and nothing was too much trouble. The service was brilliant and it was nearly HALF THE PRICE of any other storage company within 50 miles and a far more personal service.

Consequently my law firm are now using direct storage for our archive storage and my brother has his beloved boat there too!!

Fantastic office space at Bessemer House at a great price. Easy access and plenty of parking right outside which is great for me and any visitors. Owners and other tenants are lovely. There is a reception area where clients/guests can wait. We were able to add our own stamp to our office which many places won't allow you to do. Strongly recommend viewing if looking for office space in Cardiff.

Great place to store your items, helpful staff

I will NEVER use this car storage facility again. The Facility Manager clearly does not understand cars and/or owners of nice cars, and for me this a critical fail. Who moves an owner’s car out into the rain without permission? Unbelievable! And for a smoker to simply assume they can get into my car whenever they like, is just wrong. To use covid-19 as justification for denying even fortnightly access to a car in storage is not good enough, especially when they don’t bother to notify customers of their decision to close. Every other storage facility in Cardiff has managed to provide access, within the guidelines. I am not paying for flat-spotted tyres, dead battery, and dry air-con seals just because the Facility Manager wants to stay at home with her kids.

Absolutely excellent!! Really helpful! Rachel went the second mile to ensure the pick up of my vintage car went smoothly. Also very competitive price for vehicle storage. Would 100% recommend. Wish all companies were like this!

Absolutely brilliant service, I had my classic car stored somewhere else before here, it left there with damage. Good communication, my car was found how I left it. I Would highly recommend thanks. I didn’t worry about my car for the full year it was stored with these guys 🙌

Very friendly and helpful staff, kept my belongings safe and sound while I was out of the country for a few months. Cheaper and more flexible than competitors during peak season.
