We booked in months in advance to stay for my friends bridal party only for Cherie to cancel on us the morning of the booking and then refuse to answer any further calls.
You cannot leave reviews on booking.com if the property cancels on you so it's hard to know that this is happening to others without having looked up the property on other review sites. Hopefully this saves someone else the headache we've had.

Cancelled a few hours before arriving. No contact for days before despite asking multiple questions. Avoid!

AVOID!!!! Cancelled by text message as we were en route (3 hours before official check in time), no alternative offered, left with nowhere to stay. Fruit trees apartments did not reply to my text messages or answer any phonecalls, went straight to voicemail and messages not returned. I would urge anyone to give them a wide berth, absolutely dreadful.

Excellent location and very well-equipped apartment where I had a very comfortable stay. Station, shops and city attractions nearby and clear communications with management about collecting and returning key (no check in required, so very quick and easy). Recommended.
