Serviced Accommodation Watford

We have stayed in properties managed by ModernView Service Apartments, 4 times in the last 9 months… 1 & 2 beds respectively… they are modern & nicely decorated… great location and easy access to train lines and Watford town centre. Dee has been absolutely amazing, flexible, friendly and thoughtful..there is a warmth about her..

Highly recommend for all occasions. Apartment is in great condition and very clean. Great location. We was managed by a lady called Dee, she was amazing and helped us with any problems we had and was very efficient with replying and something things out.

This company is cheating customers!!

£65 cleaning fee was paid on reservation, plus £200 Damage deposit.

Upon departure, the guest manager, Dee , claimed that “The house keeper has informed us that all is ok in the apartment except the new oven had sticky and left very dirty. She tried to clean it unsuccessfully as she couldn't get the sticky grime out.”

“ Just to let you know, we will have to get the oven professionally cleaned for us in order to restore it to its original condition.
I will be looking at quotes and let you know.”

Customers are the ones who paid for their cleaners’ inability! Don’t forget we paid £65 for cleaning before we moved in!!!

Later, a hand-writing “bill” quoting £44.50 cleansing was deducted from the £200 damage deposit!!! And it take a whole month for the remaining balance of money to be deposited back to my account!!

We stayed here for almost one month ! There’s no supply of amenities, e.g. washing machine tablets/detergent , washing tablets for washing machine, Toilet tissue paper has no supply too!

Very impressed with this accommodation,central in Watford a few minutes from High Street rail station. The host was extremely helpful and communication was excellent. Would definitely use again

I am a travel agent and I am very demanding so I also manage to be very objective when writing a review. My family and I spent 4 nights in beautiful Cassio Luxury apartment perfect cleanliness even the furniture was practically perfect !! I thank Brianna for her wonderful assistance and I will definitely be returning to this property on my next UK holiday.

I stayed at this Modernview Apartment for three months as I moved from the USA to the UK. It was an exceptionally pleasant experience. The apartment is very modern, clean and in a quiet building. Staff is very responsive even off-hours and through the weekends. Within a five minute walk I was smack in the center of Watford with all the restaurants and shops. I would very much recommend this place and commend the staff for their outstanding performance.

The host was always available. the apartment was clean and had all the adequate amenities from kitchen ware to toiletries. The apartment had easy access to all amenities and especially close to the city centre. I would highly recommend thai apartment and thank you to the host who made our stay pleasant.

The place was excellent - neat and spacious and has all the utilities you will need. The locations is surrounded by shops, restaurants and not too far from central London. The staff were very responsive and were available on the phone or via whatsapp for any questions I had. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will stay there again.
