Absolutely loved the inside of this property. We could use the whole house which was very very clean and it had a small courtyard garden outside. It was in a fantastic location for the centre of Exeter, there was free parking across the road (with a supplied permit) and a pub, coffee shops and convenience store all a short walk away. An added bonus was the breadmaker so I could make a loaf of bread (all supplied) for breakfast in the morning.

I and my family spent time at this place for my daughter’s offer holder day at the University of Exeter. This place is perfect for everything. Like home, nice and clean and full with all great facilities., good size of 2 bedrooms, living room and very nice kitchen and back garden. walking distance to everywhere, convenient shops, pub, coffee shops. Car park provided nearby. Staff prompt response. Definitely, we will be back!

Fantastic clean and tidy place, close to the city centre and Quay. Also easily accessible to places away from Exeter. The place was home away from home and offered a great space along with a parking space. The owners also ensured there was lots of information on things to do so you had many options. Would highly recommend!

Great house, perfect location, very clean with all the facilities you need. 15 min walk from town with very easy parking. Five minute walk away you have a cafe, bakery, butchers, restaurant and pub. 15mins walk away you are in the centre of Exeter and The Quay. The house is very nice, lovely and warm with very comfy beds and great showers. Great little base to explore from. We will defiantly be visiting again. Would highly recommend.

The house was so durty my wife had to clean it all over again. They left a mat indoors that was so durty and i put it outside as i had a little baby and i got charged for it because i left it outside. The red rug was so durty my 6 mounts old baby was in a babywalker and hes socks got durty. Under the beds in the bedrooms there was socks left under the bed full of spiderwebs. The dishwasher was so durty we had to to clean it 2 times. The bins have been left more then half full. PEOPLE TRY TO AVOID IT IF YOU LIKE IT TO BE CLEAN WHERE YOU GO .
