Curb was the 3rd estate agent I have dealt with in my life and they were the best. Room was good value, problems were solved quickly and staff always friendly. Not any complaints.

I have rented through Curb Properties for over fourteen years. I have always found them to be extremely reliable and easy to deal with. On the rare occasion there is a maintenance issue, things are sorted very quickly – usually within the same day. The team of maintenance personnel are friendly, good natured, helpful and respectful.

Overall, my experience of Curb is extremely positive, and as a long-term tenant, I would happily recommend them to any prospective tenant looking for a home.

The team at Curb were always there to answer any queries or issue. Things were always dealt with quickly and often next day. Communication between curb and us was good and we were always updated when something was being done.

Curb Properties are a fantastic group. I recently needed to find a place at the last minute to be near my daughter during her surgery. The property was within walking distance of the hospital and the area was also close to the town centre. I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived. The cottage was clean, attractive, and quiet, a perfect place to be during a stressful time. The customer service was stellar, they were communicative and thoughtful.
I actually stayed in 2 of the properties managed by Curb Properties. 1st was Bibury Cottage and the 2nd was at Douglas House. Both accommodations are great and not far from Cheltenham Hospital, and walking distance to the Promenade. Love that Douglas House is so close to boutique cafes, lovely stationary and bookshops.
Money well spent and a lovely place to be. x

I lived in a Curb Property for 6 month - I’d never lived in a shared house so I was very apprehensive, but those 6 months were an absolute breeze. Abbie was absolutely amazing and nothing was ever too much trouble. Thank you so much - continue to smash it!

This service was just totally unprofessional. With when I contacted this company about a room they had available, the person responded actually laughing at me in an email. There were also Very erupted and Aden not very nice people with my response I got anyway. It’s very clear they discriminate, and wouldn’t suggest anyone to this company.

Been with Curb for over two years currently, they always handle any issues/concerns professionally and efficiently, consistent communication and even sorting and rectifying the same day. I recommend them to anyone looking for properties in Cheltenham.

Great spacious holiday home with all the facilities and amenities you would need. Loved the skylights, layout, decor and all the rooms were of a good size. We had a relaxing stay at wellington lane. Great location only a 5 minutes walk to Cheltenham city centre and just a few minutes walk from local convenience stores and takeaways. Added bonus of having a garage we could use was brilliant. We would definitely stay again.
