I dont usually do the feedback thing, but felt it was justified here. We had a fantastic stay at the Quays. Very clean, lots of space and a very welcome break from the usual cabin fever in hotels. For the price, compared with 2 rooms in a nice hotel in the area, its a bargain and worth every penny, and we will definately stay here again. Everything from 1st contact with Bob to checking out at the end of our stay was stress free and the neat touch of welcome gift's in the fridge made it all the more special. HIGHLY RECOMMEND staying here.

On arrival my first impression was that we’d arrived before the cleaner! Carpets were filthy, bin was covered in muck, sofa was badly stained and I could write in the dust on the cooker hood! We had friends over and when I started cooking there was old food still in the oven tray and saucepans looked like had been used, emptied and put in the cupboard! The apartment slept 6 yet was very ill equipped.. two forks, 3 bowls etc.I had to ask our guests to bring their own cutlery.. we are pudding out of mugs!! ... ironing board had no cover so could not be used... no hoover to clean carpet even if I wanted to. The bathroom sink blocked up in minutes. No washing machine as depicted in photos.. not even a hairdryer. The bed in the second bedroom has a mattress too large for the bed.. which had broken slats! I complained straight away and was told the cleaner had high standards! But that they would be sent back in next morning. I left for a couple of hours and when I returned we had a new set of bowls (4) , a 4 piece cutlery set and an ironing board cover but no further cleaning had been done! I would not recommend this place to anyone!
