Stay Lets Cheltenham

Great central location and if you don't have much luggage it is even a walk from Cheltenham Spa. I rented a car with British Rental Car from their website in advance. Stay Let's offer well equipped Studios, with useful USB charges, microwave,washing machine and widescreen TV with internet capability. Excellent WIFI. BUT the interior of the building is not cleaned often and is dirty. A lot of varied aged guests mean a lot of noise. No security deposit is taken, which also adds to the potential for more tranistent younger guests. Doors are constantly being slammed and no instructions are provided to guests to be quiet and mindful of fellow guests. Access to building and rooms are with an APP . Value for money and recommended however.

Central location which was very handy. But does come with the expected noise for a town centre. The room was bright, warm clean, suitability cleaned and equipped. Access app was very convenient and room was secure. The service from enquiring, booking to departure was excellent. Hat's off to Oliver who went above and beyond to book our weekend stay on a Friday, after hours. Thank you Oliver

Great location, all amenities well within walking distance aswell as the train station good communication and instruction from stay let's clean and well maintained apartment.

We had the most amazing time perfect for our london tours and legoland , train station was only a few minutes walk , very clean and ideal location we will be back again very soon. Oliver was amazing so thanks again

Really helpful people to deal with. Good, central location. Big downside was loud music in the early hours of the morning which woke me up every night.

Aesthetically fresh, the property appears recently redecorated, that's where my positive ends. A bad smell permeates throughout the flats and communal areas. Although appearing superficially clean on entry, the flat was not particularly well cleaned with debris in the fridge and orange grime in the corners of the showers. Windows offer limited sound reduction from a loud club nearby playing until the small hours, so loud and clear that my Google Pixel could identify the track and artist on my phone's lock screen. Some investment in new windows wouldn't go amiss. Door entry was unreliable and questionably secure via a required mobile app which took patience and persistence to get into rooms; a key card would be a much better solution. On two occasions, the app thought I was opening my friends door despite tapping the lock to my room. The Austrian Double mattresses were incredibly uncomfortable which collapsed offering limited lumbar support. Even a mattress topper would have improved the comfort when in a double bed arrangement. For the sake of a few quid compared to trusted hotel brands, I would not stay here again.

Great location. Well-prepared room with all basic necessities. All at a reasonable price. Good value.
Would definitely stay again.
