Great apartment in Brixton nice and clean, comfy bed - really enjoyed our stay :) Would def. stay with them again!! Loved the Bowie pic as well!

1st On arrival I stood outside for 30 mins while trying to ring someone to help us but nobody would answer the phone which started to annoy myself and my wife 2nd When I eventually got to the room it was an absolute dump I wouldn't let a rat stop there 3rd When I eventually spoke to fatima I voiced my concerns but all she was bothered about was money. When I told her I couldn't stay there she said she would give me a full refund but never seen a penny 4th Please if anybody reads this STAY AWAY

I booked the Tooting House for my 23rd and went to take a look prior to the stay.
Firstly, it takes about 10 phone calls to get through to someone.
Secondly, they’re using their PERSONAL phone numbers to handle customers.
I called Alisha (unsure of spelling) about 7 times before I arrived at the property. She wasn’t there but they had sent the cleaner. The place looked awful. The brickwork was falling apart, bins full and it just looked horrid. We took a look around and decided that we wouldn’t take the property anymore. I called Alisha immediately and told her politely that I didn’t want the property.
Although the confirmation email clearly stated that cancelling at least 2 days prior to your stay would guarantee you a full refund, Alisha the genius thought otherwise.
She was absolutely awful and definitely needs more training but we’ll get into that later.
I then went to the office and came across someone called Kinga, who called Alisha for me. Alisha is all bark no bite, because she knew she’d never see my face. I am 100% sure she wouldn’t have behaved like a mad man if she was looking into my eyes. We also found out that Alisha had lied about the cancellation policy to aggravate me further.
Kinga called the Director who was in Dubai and he instructed his other staff member to issue my refund. I received my refund 2 days later.
Stay here at your own risk. Whether it’s GDPR breaches or health and safety concerns, there is always something.
Kinga, the Director, Magda the cleaner and the person who processed my refund were very helpful. It’s just Alisha, the sorry excuse for a customer experience representative that let them down. Classless, incompetent and shouldn’t be in any customer facing role.
