Great location, walking distance to train, Kensington Palace, Holland Park. Apartment was spacious, clean and had everything needed. Staff were attentive and helpful.

Apartment was excellent. Stayed for a few days in May 2017 The only improvements would be to warn guests not to spend time trying to find the reception - There isn't one so we had to phone to get access, and the internet WiFi was worse than the old dial up modem speeds of 20 years ago.
