They took me on as a tenant and for this 1 year they have been causing me to receive 2000+ pound invoices in a 1 bed house. they always make accounting mistakes (Elaine Fry) and they have finally switched me to another supplier which will ruin my credit score since i have not been getting any invoices and therefore cant pay. they dont care about their residents and they continually make mistakes and they say they have sent 1 mail that should be what they can do. they dont communicate with you, you cant access them. please can the finance executive call me? another responsible in all this mess: Daniel Casserly

Stayed in London Bridge and Hammersmith on two separate work trips - perfect locations, always spotlessly clean and amazing service! Have recommended to colleagues and would be keen to try to rest of the portfolio based on this trip.

UPDATE Oct 10, 2021:

Passport and laptop stolen from behind locked security door of 70 Salusbury (Queen’s Park) location. FlyingButler staff on-site claimed the CCTV cameras are fake; staff on the phone claimed they may be real but did not promptly followup with assistance for police. This building is NOT safe. Only stay at a FlyingButler location if wish to fall victim to a likely internal theft and be stranded in a foreign country.

Previous review:

FlyingButler captures customers from AirBnB using misleading personal host profiles, stock images, and property descriptions. In my case, the images attached show the clear difference between what is sold vs. what is delivered. FlyingButler did not return multiple calls to resolve the matter. AirBnB has been informed of this violation of terms of use for hosts, and is now intervening. If you are considering to be a guest, know that FlyingButler cannot be trusted and clearly permits unethical conduct within its organization.
